Utilities Information

All residents are required to have electricity and water turned on before moving in. Here are the numbers you can use to set up your accounts. You'll need to provide the full address of your complex, as well as your unit number.

General Policies

These are some of our policies.

  • Rent is due on the first of the month. If the first falls on a Sunday or a holiday, rent is due the following day.
  • Rent is considered late after the 5th of the month at 5PM. At this time you will incur late fines. The next month's rent cannot be accepted until these fines are paid and your account has reached a zero balance.
  • We do not allow pets. This includes visiting pets. You will be fined $200 per occurrence.

A Note About Safety
 

Green Properties Management, Cross Creek Apartments, and Surrey Square Town Homes are locally owned and operated. We have a friendly on-site staff that is always happy to answer questions. Riverbend Parkway is a quiet area in Athens. All of our apartments are equipped with security alarms, deadbolt locks, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. A courtesy officer lives at Cross Creek and regularly patrols both properties.
